Tu es….

May5

Here is the quote that we read every morning in the classroom. I don’t want you to ever forget that you are ALL these things AND MORE!! Even though we can’t be together to read it, you can read it to yourself (and to your family). Don’t forget, I’m always here if you need me. 🙂 Mme Shaw

How Are You Doing?

April19

I loved this message for parents during these unprecedented times. Each family looks different and has different needs, especially right now. It is important that you are doing what your family needs right now. Please feel free to take as little or as much of the suggested activities each week. I am here for you, if there is anyway I can support you and your family.

Remember- “We Are Together and We Are Safe”- a cute little animated show that you may want to share with a younger sibling.

I found this on the Canadian Paediatric Society website and thought it was very useful. Click on the link for the full blog post.

Here We Go!

April12

We are on a new adventure together as we begin home learning. Each week a page will be added to the blog with the suggested activities for the week. Look for these home learning opportunities in the drop down tab at the top of this page. A new page will be added weekly. Remember, these are simply suggestions. We wanted to provide you with a variety of options that you can go back and revisit in weeks to come and use in whatever way works best for you and your family. In the weeks to come we are focusing on welcoming spring. There are also a variety of links, activities and pages that you can explore using the other subject tabs along the top. Remember, our top priority at this time is staying safe and staying well.
